Laborers Positions available-
We are in need of good laborers as well as lead guys. We are looking for team players with drive. If you like to get up early and work hard call us right away. Some of the benefits that laborers with ABC Construction can work for are as follows. Our wages start out at 8.00 p/h with no experience with a dollar raise after being on time and working hard for 30 days. Experienced, motivated, laborers can make up to 12.00 p/h. Some of the laborers that have stuck it out with ABC also enjoy a weeks paid vacation annually. and performance bonuses periodically. We usually allow employees as much overtime as they can handle during the peak season. Although mother nature has ultimate control over winter work the last two years we have managed to keep our employees fairly busy in the winter too. Also if you are a motivated self starter we can train most employees to be a lead person in just two years depending on the person.
